Hunter's Pony Farm Release of Liability Form

I _________________________________________________________ release Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties and any other associates of Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties from any liability for any and all incidents and accidents while attending or hosting any and all activities with the farm. These include but are not limited to pony parties, riding lessons, visits to view horses for sale or from our abuse rescue and adoption program, picking up or delivering horses, vacation and over night stabling of horses, llamas or kenneling of dogs, and storing of trailers, tack and other equipment on the farm.

The undersigned also understands that any activity associated with horses/ponies (even routine handling) is considered a high-risk activity and acknowledges that Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties accepts no legal liability or obligation should injury, or death occur while participating in any activity. The undersigned also understands that Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties and any other associates of Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties are not responsible for theft, lost items or damages to property of any kind while on the premises of Hunter's Pony Farm or while taking part in activities sponsored by Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties and any other associates of Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties.

I also understand that I am responsible for the safety of myself and my guest, children, horses, ponies, llamas and pets. I agree to take all possible precautions to assure their safety including the wearing of helmets, protective body gear if needed, and to have current health, coggins and vet checks for my animals. I agree not to hold Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties and any other associates of Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties responsible for any illness acquired by me, my family, guest or livestock and pets while at Hunter's Pony Farm. (Coggins test not required for horses traveling with in the State of Washington.)

If I am a hunter, I agree to secure my firearms in a safe, locked place with all ammunition removed from the firearm and stored separately in a secure locked place and to use firearm locks for hand guns. I agree not to discharge my firearm on the premises of Hunter's Pony Farm or to point my firearm, intimidate or otherwise threaten any human or animal with my firearm or by verbally threatening to do so. If these rules are breached, Law Enforcement will be called and the violating parties will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be banned from returning.

I the undersigned have voluntarily signed this agreement and with my signature I release myself, guests, and children to participate in activities of the above mentioned nature without legal or medical obligation to Hunter's Pony Farm and the Hunter Family, and all heirs, lein holders and other parties, it's associates or employees.
